The role will be:
- Manage the backlog, documentation and roadmap of the Tax Automation, Tax Analyse and Transfer Files products
- Analyse competitors
- Analyse KPIs and achieve OKRs
- Ensure that the comunnication with support, sales, presales is correct and support them
- Support clients to ensure an excellent NPS in her/his products
- Identifies ways to improve the operation of own area and to achieve efficiencies and results
- Sets timeframes and schedules to meet business needs
- Presents status updates for various projects to their sponsors
- Be a speaker and organizer in Webinars about tax content
- Take fast decisions in changing environment
