Tasks Management Specialist at BairesDev
Our Tasks Management Specialists are senior developers with a deep commitment to quality. They produce highly optimized, production-ready code every day. They don't need to be sold on the importance of documentation or teamwork because they see it as a cornerstone of their work. What you will do:
- Define and control processes related to task management.
- Coach managers on best practices for scheduling their tasks and those of their subordinates.
- Act as a supporting Scrum Master, Agile Coach, etc. in any area that could benefit from such a role.
- Proactively analyze and suggest improvements to task management processes and practices.
- Auditing the proper use of our task management tools (Jira), highlighting and correcting deviations from best practices.
Here's what we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in the role.
- Formal Agile and Scrum certification or demonstrated knowledge.
- Thorough understanding of Jira usage and configuration (Jira certification is an asset).
- Previous work experience in the IT market.
- Advanced level of English.
