1. Compreender o Incidente e as ações de diagnóstico/resolução já tentadas pelo Service Desk e quaisquer outras Faixas de Tecnologia 2. Utilizar a ponte de comunicação designada ou alocada, as instalações de monitoramento e a programação de plantão das Faixas de Tecnologia para facilitar a atenção imediata de todas as partes necessárias 3. Avaliar o impacto e a urgência do Incidente, validar a prioridade dos principais incidentes relatados 4. Iniciar chamadas de teleconferência/ponte imediatamente em incidentes graves para envolver as faixas de tecnologia e outras partes interessadas necessárias 5. Trabalhar com todas as partes interessadas para identificar a solução alternativa ou resolução para o Incidente 6. Definir as expectativas de todas as partes interessadas sobre os prazos e as permissões necessárias para a resolução 7. Enviar atualizações periódicas para as partes interessadas (e, se necessário, para os clientes) por meio do Service Desk, até que o Incidente seja resolvido 8. Iniciar Mudanças de Emergência, se necessário, mobilizar equipes multifuncionais, Fornecedores Externos e obter aprovações para as ações de mitigação de todas as partes interessadas 9. Manter o Posto de Observação Técnica (profissionais selecionados ad hoc que observam o serviço após a resolução do Incidente) para garantir que a resolução tenha realmente resolvido o Incidente e que os Serviços retornaram ao seu estado normal 10. Documentar em retrospectiva, as ações realizadas, aprendizados e aprovações nas ferramentas de gestão do serviço;
criar planos de ação deincidentes após a resolução de incidentes Requisitos:
1.Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos para oferecer suporte a um ambiente de suporte 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana 2.Experiência como analista de service desk e domínio pleno dos processos e sistemas utilizados na empresa;
3.Português, inglês e espanhol avançados/fluentes (nesta posição o contato é direto com o cliente e time global).
