Immigration Paralegal

Busca-se candidato altamente detalhista para trabalhar como Paralegal de processos imigratórios, especificamente: Asilo, VAWA, visto U, visto T, SIJS e procedimentos perante a EOIR .
Esta oportunidade é remota (do Brasil), em tempo integral, e envolve contato direto com clientes internacionais, análise documental complexa e preparação de petições e formulários em inglês.
Requisitos :
- Fluência em inglês.
- 3 a 12 meses de experiência prática em imigração humanitária (Asilo, VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, SIJS, e audiências EOIR).
- Excelente organização, atenção aos detalhes e gerenciamento de prazos.
- Capacidade de redigir e revisar documentos legais em inglês.
- Proatividade e boa comunicação com clientes e equipe.
- Habilidades no uso de Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel e Adobe PDF.
Empatia, atenção, proatividade e organização são essenciais para esta posição e são a chave para crescer rapidamente dentro do escritório. Espera-se que o candidato seja altamente detalhista, eficiente e capaz de lidar com informações sensíveis com absoluta confidencialidade. Também é indispensável possuir excelente comunicação em inglês e português, tanto oral quanto escrita, para interagir com clientes em situações delicadas e redigir documentos legais de forma clara e persuasiva.
Além disso, é essencial demonstrar maturidade no gerenciamento de prazos, habilidade para colaborar em equipe e disposição para aprender continuamente dentro de um ambiente dinâmico de prática imigratória.
Responsabilidades :
- Gerenciar um portfólio ativo de casos, conduzindo cada processo de ponta a ponta e preparando pacotes completos até sua finalização para protocolo.
- Acompanhar prazos processuais e internos, assegurando o andamento contínuo dos casos.
- Apoiar clientes com orientação empática e clara sobre procedimentos.
- Redigir declarações (affidavits) e petições persuasivas em inglês, com base em entrevistas e análise documental.
- Preparar, revisar e enviar formulários imigratórios (USCIS e EOIR), assegurando precisão técnica e cumprimento de prazos.
- Compilar e organizar pacotes de evidências para fortalecer solicitações de asilo e demais processos humanitários.
- Manter comunicação constante com clientes, advogados e agências imigratórias dos EUA (USCIS/EOIR).
- Garantir confidencialidade, organização e atualização dos arquivos de cada caso.
