Remote Paralegal Opportunity for Experienced Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paralegal to join our team in a dynamic office environment. The position offers an opportunity to work remotely and directly impact the success of our firm.
The candidate will work closely with clients via phone and video conferencing to draft immigration forms and petitions. To be considered, your resume must be written in English.
Please include 2-3 professional references with their names, contact information, and at least one reference from a current or previous supervisor.
Responsibilities:- Assist attorneys in drafting evidentiary packets for client cases
- Present forms and packets for review and revision by supervising attorneys
- Track case status using our management software and make regular notes on progress, document communications, and changes in strategy
- Respond to Requests for Evidence regarding client cases
- Attend weekly supervision meetings with the Supervising Attorney
- Effectively coordinate with lead attorney to respond to client inquiries and keep clients informed about case status
- At least 2 years of professional paralegal experience at an immigration law firm
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in remote work tools
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish
- Experience with case management software: Docketwise, Dropbox, and MyCase
