Job Title: Technical Program Manager Delivering projects on time, within scope and budget is the cornerstone of our organization's success. As a Technical Program Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and products. Manage delivery for key customers across all technological tracks. Lead teams across technologies, fostering collaboration and productivity. Communicate regularly with customer stakeholders through weekly status updates. Conduct regular project reviews and planning sessions. Key Responsibilities: Ensure projects are delivered on time by working closely with technology teams. Document project scope and requirements to ensure customer expectations are met. Manage and lead teams across technologies, promoting a collaborative work environment. Work with PMO to implement quality control procedures and ensure high standards in delivery. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is required. Experience in software development project management, including onshore, nearshore, offshore models is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in software development project management. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage complex project challenges.
