Creative Visual Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Strategist to lead our visual brand expression across all affiliated brands. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of digital marketing design experience and proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc. They should be able to adapt designs for different brand voices and client audiences, as well as thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace performance-driven design.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Digital marketing design experience with 2+ years
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for web, email, and social media campaigns
- Familiarity with conversion-focused design principles
This is a full-time contract position available to work 9 am – 5 pm U.S. EST. The salary range is BRL $8,133.30 - BRL $13,555.50 per month.
