Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and committed Delivery Manager to oversee development teams and ensure the successful execution of projects. This position requires providing technical leadership, maintaining architectural excellence, and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a collaborative approach, and a focus on achieving results.

Employment for this position will be established and managed by Neoris in Brazil, in compliance with Brazilian labor laws. While you will be working on EPAM projects, your employment contract and related matters will be directly handled by Neoris.

• Manage and guide software development teams, promoting collaboration and high levels of performance
• Serve as a technical leader, establishing and maintaining best practices in system architecture, software development, and design principles such as SOLID and Clean Architecture
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects with a strong emphasis on quality and meeting deadlines
• Mentor and coach team members to support their technical and professional growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions
• Ensure solutions are stable, scalable, and high-performing, particularly in high-demand and batch processing environments

• At least 5 years of experience in a Delivery Management position
• A minimum of 2 years in leadership roles, including positions like Lead, Manager, Architect, or Coordinator
• At least a year of experience managing teams of 5 or more people
• Proven experience in at least 2 full project lifecycles or launching products or key features to the market
• Extensive expertise in system development and architecture using Java (17+)
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services like Compute Engine, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage
• Comprehensive understanding of batch processing, including the design and optimization of solutions for large-scale data volumes
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and proficiency in project management tools like Jira
• A strong sense of accountability and ownership for project deliverables and results
• Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
• Skilled in fostering collaboration and creating a positive team culture
• Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and stakeholder collaboration
