We are looking for a skilled Laravel Developer + React to join our rapidly growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where opinions and efforts are valued and appreciated. You will contribute to challenging and meaningful projects, developing high-quality applications that stand out in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Laravel (8+) and React (or similar frontend frameworks).
  • Implement Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Laravel Query Builder.
  • Work with testing tools (Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright) and ensure code quality.
  • Utilize Inertia.js and RESTful APIs in Laravel to build seamless frontend-backend integrations.
  • Collaborate on frontend development with technologies such as React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Take ownership of work, meet estimates, and align with team expectations and client goals.
  • Maintain a positive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a solution-focused approach.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience with Laravel, specifically Laravel 8 and above.
  • Experience with Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, Laravel Query Builder.
  • Experience with testing tools, such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright.
  • Experience with Inertia.js and RESTful API in Laravel.
  • Experience with frontend development (React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire, etc).
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Tailwind CSS.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work and deliver on commitments.
  • Ability to align with Bluelight's clients' goals and deliver on team commitments.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
