
Customer Access Partner Lead

To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the position of **Customer Access Partner Lead.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vision and Strategy**: Develop and articulate a clear vision for market access and commercial strategies, aligning with the companys overall business objectives, ethics, integrity and long-term goals.
**Leadership and Team Development**: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of commercial managers and key account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
**Stakeholder Influence**: Build and leverage high-level relationships with key stakeholders, including public accounts, healthcare leaders, key payers, strategic private accounts and industry influencers, to shape the external environment in favor of the company;s strategic objectives.
**Policy & Commercial Drivers**: Advocate for policies that enhance patient access to innovative therapies by emphasizing the product's value proposition, including clinical benefits, cost-effectiveness, and real-world outcomes.
**Strategic Partnerships**: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key healthcare institutions, payers, and other stakeholders to drive market access initiatives and commercial success.
**Market Intelligence**: Lead the development of market intelligence capabilities to anticipate and respond to changes in the healthcare landscape, ensuring the company remains agile and competitive.
**Innovation and Best Practices**: Drive innovation in market access and commercial strategies, implementing innovative partnerships and agreements while best practices and leveraging new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Strategic Account Management**: Oversee the development and execution of strategic account plans for major healthcare institutions, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and maximizing market opportunities (private and public channels)
**Revenue Growth**: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share, optimizing pricing, reimbursement, and distribution channels.
**Performance Metrics**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic and account goals, aligned to business to providing regular updates to senior leadership. Base ethic and integrity over performance.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including strategic access lead, marketing, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated market access and commercial strategies focused on patient need and impact.
**Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate risks associated with market access and commercial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Ensure healthy and compliant stock levels.
**Thought Leadership**: Serve as a thought leader within the organization, providing strategic insights and guidance on customer market access and commercial trends, challenges, and opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree;Strong experience in market access with a field-based background;Advanced English;
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
