Jeeves is seeking a high-performing Partner Development Lead based in Brazil to unlock our next phase of growth through strategic partnerships.
This is a critical, hands-on role focused on expanding and strengthening our broker channel strategy —which already drives significant business in Brazil—while also pioneering new partner channels such as technology platforms, accountants, VC/PE networks, embedded finance players, and more.
You'll be an individual contributor with outsized impact—responsible for developing the strategy, sourcing and closing partners, and educating our broker-only partner team on how to go beyond traditional models. Over time, this role has the potential to evolve into a leadership position overseeing the broader partner team across LATAM.
Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil , and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week).
What You'll Do
- Scale Broker Performance: Deepen existing relationships with brokers in Brazil and create new incentive and enablement strategies to grow volume and retention.
- Diversify Partner Channels: Design and execute strategies to develop new types of partnerships—including brokers, financial service providers, technology partners, advisory partners, implementation partners, CFO networks, accounting firms, customers of customers, white labeling, banking partners, travel partners, and VC-backed ecosystems.
- Educate & Influence: Be a catalyst for partner innovation internally. Work alongside existing Brazil and Mexico partner reps to broaden their thinking and unlock new opportunities beyond brokers.
- Lead End-to-End: Own the entire partnership cycle—from opportunity identification to deal execution, onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Own the Brazil Market: Build partnerships that are uniquely tailored to the nuances of Brazil's financial ecosystem, regulatory landscape, and relationship-driven business culture.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Legal to ensure seamless execution, resource alignment, and value creation.
- Set the Foundation for Scale: Establish performance metrics, internal workflows, and playbooks that can scale across LATAM and position you for future team leadership.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, broker channels, or strategic sales—ideally within fintech, SaaS, payments, or financial services. Prior experience in Brazil is essential.
- Broker Channel Expertise: Deep knowledge of how broker networks function in Brazil, and what drives success within these channels.
- New Channel Builder: Proven success launching new types of partner programs or expanding existing ones beyond traditional verticals.
- Strong Communicator & Closer: Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close complex partnerships. You know how to drive urgency and get deals done.
- Bilingual Required: Full professional fluency in Portuguese and English. Fluency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Vision + Execution: Strategic mindset paired with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. You can lead with a whiteboard or jump into a sales call.
- Self-Starter: You thrive in ambiguous environments, move fast, and own your outcomes fully.
- Leadership Potential: You're ready to eventually lead and scale a high-performing partnerships team—and can start by inspiring your peers through action.
Brazil is one of Jeeves' most strategic growth markets. In this role, you won't just scale what's working—you'll redefine what's possible. You'll shape how partnerships function in Brazil, set a new bar for partner-driven pipeline, and help us unlock untapped distribution models. If you're a dealmaker, strategist, and future team builder who wants to own your market—this is the role for you.
