About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our corporate legal team. In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders across different departments, providing legal support and reporting directly to the Head of Legal.

The successful candidate will be a key member of our dual-reporting structure team, working under both the Country Manager and the Group General Counsel in Singapore.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality legal support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing legal advice and guidance to stakeholders
  • Assisting in the preparation of legal documents and contracts
  • Collaborating with the corporate legal team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Supporting the development and implementation of company policies and procedures

Responsibilities
