Corporate Legal Professional Opportunity

This role offers a chance to contribute to the development of our corporate legal framework, enhance knowledge through implementation of different projects covering various areas of law, and provide exposure to international multicultural stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare first review, draft and assist in negotiating documents of varying complexity ensuring compliance with legal framework, identifying potential risks and providing acceptable mitigation suggestions in a timely manner.
  • Support the Corporate Legal team by analyzing, organizing and aligning comments and changes in contract reviews with external counsels, key internal and international stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on relevant regulations and case law to support decision making, ensuring contract terms and corporate alignment with latest legal developments and internal policies.
  • Assist in providing tailored legal advice across multiple areas such as corporate governance, labor, tax, civil law and regulatory, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 - 6 years post-qualification experience as a Lawyer (preferably some experience working as in-house counsel), desirable experience with corporate, civil, labor and regulatory law;
  • Bachelor's degree in law;
  • Duly registered with the Bar Association;
  • Strong ability to manage priorities;
  • Good organization and proactive profile;
  • Clear and objective communication skills for interaction with diverse internal and external stakeholders;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent technical skills and strong attention to detail;
  • Solid interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
