Right now, we are looking for Regulatory Affairs Manager .

Responsibilities
  • Supervise professional employees
  • Monitor, influence and implement regulation changes to ensure continued compliance
  • Maintain relationships with government agencies and the businesses
  • Develop strategies for compliance and/or risk reduction
  • Provide direct supervision, guidance, and coaching to employees
  • Coordinate all related government interactions and compliance activities within the scope of the position
  • Act as an expert-level leader within RA
  • Leverage technical and management skills to achieve project/portfolio goals that meet business needs
  • Own complex programs designed to leverage expertise, ensure compliance, and meet business needs
  • Act as a technical/RA expert on cross-functional projects
  • Develop internal relationships independently to ensure organization follows RA guidance
  • Be recognized as an expert within the organization
  • Proactively influence external functions, agencies, or trade associations regarding regulatory requirements
  • Communicate and present on area of specialty at multiple levels
  • Leverage best practices and develop novel solutions for advantages
  • Identify and sponsor process improvements or simplification
  • Oversee the development of procedures and controls to ensure organizational compliance
  • Identify areas of risk and opportunity and define strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Interface with functional and divisional management to ensure compliance
  • Supervise, guide, and coach employees, including performance management, talent development, resource allocation, and objective setting
  • Actively coach, train, or mentor colleagues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in English
  • Previous experience in similar positions
