In order to continue driving our global growth, we are seeking a top-tier Chief Financial Officer who can lead our company to new heights in the competitive gambling and crypto industries. About the Position We are looking for a Mid-Level Psychologist to join the Responsible Gaming Department at Vbet Brazil. This professional will be directly involved in analyzing player behavior, identifying signs of problematic gambling, and collaborating on the development of protection policies and internal training programs. This position is strategic to ensure that our processes align with best practices in integrity, prevention, and player well-being. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments of players based on data, history, and platform interactions. Assist in creating intervention criteria and workflows for risk cases (self-exclusion, time-outs, betting limits, etc.). Participate in critical cases and support the psychological screening of situations involving mental health risks. Develop and deliver training sessions for customer service, risk, and compliance teams with a focus on Responsible Gaming. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the responsible gaming guide, quizzes, and educational materials. Monitor responsible gaming indicators and suggest evidence-based improvements. Support technical responses and expert opinions when necessary (e.g., communications with ombudsman or media). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with active CRP registration. Previous experience in clinical settings, addiction, or behavioral analysis. Experience in corporate training or mental health education. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with topics such as pathological gambling, addiction, or risk behavior is a plus. Knowledge of or interest in iGaming is desirable but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
