Digital Platform Project Manager

Digital Platform Project Manager will be in charge of schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables for projects within Platform area. Monitors teams to make sure goals and objectives are being kept. Knowledge of larger landscape is expected, having granular details while tracking project health, staying alert for risk and resolving issues as they arise.
**What are we looking for?**:
- IT experience in driving continuous improvements projects and process enhancements
- Exposure with any of the following : technology design and implementation, performance management, infrastructure optimization, service delivery, operational excellence
- Good self-management: well-organized, good time and task planning, good workload management, reliable at meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills, including good conflict management and an ability to work well with people from different countries and cultures;
- Strong knowledge in project management and service delivery management
- Understanding of IT processes best practices (ITIL);
- Good people management, coaching and motivation skills, with focus on people direction;
- Fluent English language is a must due to a global interaction required;
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects;
- Assist in definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track risks;
- Report and escalate to management as needed;
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
