As a specialist in IT support, you will be part of a dynamic team providing corporate IT infrastructure and services to offices and remote workers worldwide. You will be responsible for troubleshooting computer system hardware, components, and peripherals. This may involve installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user software installations. You will have a solid understanding of basic TCP/IP networking, IPv4 addressing, and Domain Name System (DNS). You will also understand and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS operating systems in a domain-based environment. You will appreciate key IT security concepts and be able to implement them in your work. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct IT end-user support for office-based and remote users. This includes resolving technical issues and providing technical assistance for hardware and software. Log and document all events and changes in our ticketing system. Set up new computer systems and reinstall machines as needed. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Troubleshooting skills with regards to computer system hardware, components, and peripherals. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, IPv4 addressing, and Domain Name System (DNS). Understanding of Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS operating systems in a domain-based environment. Familiarity with key IT security concepts. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
