Retail Trainning Specialist

**YOUR MISSION**:
- Directing the training and development process of retail teams to achieve professional development;
- Analyze the results of the training programs and identify areas of opportunity for requalification or deepening of those already implemented;
- Work with other regions in the exchange of best practices and knowledge;
- Channel the e-learning program in the store teams, monitoring its use and effectiveness;
- Lead the integration programs for new Store Managers and also participate in the openings of new stores;
