The Role We are searching for an exceptional Product Designer to take ownership of the end-to-end design process for our SaaS platform. As our Product Designer, you’ll be juggling between ideation, prototyping, and refinement to bring elegant and intuitive experiences to life. What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Design: Own the entire design cycle—from brainstorming and research to delivering high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and additional specifications for engineering teams.
• Collaborate Thoughtfully: Work with product managers, engineers, and leadership to collect feedback, iterate quickly, and guide conversations about feature direction and experience.
• Design Intuitive and Modern Interfaces: Deliver sleek, functional, and visually stunning designs that elevate the user’s experience.
• Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with the team and stakeholders.
• Rapid Prototyping: Translate ideas into fast and effective mockups for approval before extensive backend resources are allocated for development.
• Platform Usability Improvements: Audit user workflows across the SaaS platform and recommend changes to improve core usability.
• Front-End Familiarity: Have a basic working knowledge of front-end frameworks (Vue.js, Sass/SCSS, Bulma/Buefy) to create feasible designs while collaborating with developers on what's possible. Bonus if you can help refine and implement your own designs in the code
• Stay Agile: Work at speed to meet evolving project deadlines while maintaining high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
• Push the Boundaries: Explore modern design technologies and solutions to keep our platform fresh and competitive.
• Develop Design Systems: Evolve and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components for consistent styling across the tool.

Here’s Your Checklist

• Proven Experience: 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or similar roles in SaaS/Product-focused environments with web platforms).
• Design Portfolio: A rich set of sample designs showing intuitive interface designs, thoughtful workflows, design systems, prototypes, and processes that brought measurable success to a product.
• Rapid Prototyping Skills: Ability to create both low-fidelity wireframes and pixel-perfect high-fidelity designs with a focus on speed and flexibility.
• Modern Design Tools: Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, or other preferred tools.
• User-First Thinker: Deep understanding of user pain points, workflows, and human-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with Front-End Frameworks: Working knowledge of Vue.js, SCSS, Bulma/Buefy or equivalent front-end principles to align design and development.
• Collaboration and Communication: Quick to bounce ideas off team members and justify design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
• Technical Exposure (Preferred): Basic coding skills (HTML/CSS/Vue.js) to bring designs to life on the platform.
• Innovation-Seeker: Stay up to date on UX trends and SaaS practices to recommend emerging ideas.
• Team Player with Ownership: Independent yet collaborative to build the best product together.
• Detail-Oriented but Fast: Manage priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and minimal back-and-forth.

Our Tech Stack We’re flexible. Our current stack includes Vue.js, Sass/SCSS, and Bulma/Buefy, and we value your framework familiarity and recommendations for empowering you. Collaboration with Engineering will be vital to finalizing deliverables.
