Job Responsibilities
  • Assist doctors in patient screening, case planning, and device selection
  • Troubleshoot problem cases and provide technical support during clinical procedures
  • Conduct in-house and field-based training programs for associates and medical staff
  • Provide simulation-based training to Surgeons, Nurses, and Fellows
  • Develop materials for doctor- and associate-training programs
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in nursing, radiation technology, operating room, catheter lab, or medical device support roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to support emergent cases, including being on call for nights and weekends
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel over 50% per month and adapt to frequent changes in travel schedules
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, life sciences, education, or a related field
  • Prior industry or sales experience
