What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Source and promote job opportunities through various channels, including social media and networking events
  • Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers
  • Partner with local operations and HR teams to support interviews and hiring needs
  • Ensure compliance with policies and maintain accurate candidate documentation and data records
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
  • Experience in healthcare (preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Active presence on LinkedIn and experience with ATS systems
  • Experience developing relationships with schools and feeder organizations
  • Previous involvement in community relations and recruitment events
