The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in IT and experience in business analysis. They will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. The primary function of this role is to analyze and interpret business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with the company's objectives. Main Responsibilities Requirements Analysis and Specification: Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for the development team. Solution Design and Testing: Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs. Stakeholder Management and Leadership: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Risk Management and Budgeting: Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects. Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials. Essential Requirements (Hard Skills) Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a business or functional analyst in an IT environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Languages: Advanced English and/or French. Tools and Abilities Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio. Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana. Knowledge in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems such as Salesforce. Soft Skills Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Leadership: Proven experience in project and team management.
