If contributing to breakthrough projects in a truly global playground inspires you, this might be the opportunity for you. **SR IT BUSINESS ANALYST** **Job description**: - Developing and implementing Software Systems; - Survey and sizing of requirements and functionalities; - Specification of documentation when necessary; - Systems Support (incident resolution, troubleshooting); - Implementation of systems developed "in-house" and by third parties; - Systems update; - Incident management and enhancements in appropriate system or defined by management; - Interrupting activities that are judged to be impactful to the business; - Definition of development tools; - Data Modeling; - Systems Administration, including the implementation and management of control alerts and/or reports (physical and systemic); - Research and development of new technologies and tools to enable the business area; - Establishing standards, coordinating projects and providing solutions; - Plan, control and define priorities and tasks of the Trainee, Junior, Full and Intern Analysts who may or may not be members of the same team; - Recommend tools or training that can streamline or optimize the process performed by the team; - Stimulate self-learning and that of the team; - Elaborate and maintain the documentation of the systems under your responsibility, proactively suggesting actions to collaborate so that other documentation maintains its quality; - Work at a level directly above level 1 (Service Desk or correlated); - Ensuring the quality of the delivered products (can be considered [as/without] SLA); - Maintenance of the Production, Homologation and Application Development environments under the team's responsibility; - Negotiating deadlines with users and Product Owners and Vendors; - Optimization and automation of services under responsibility enabling cost reduction; - Meeting the requirements of Internal and External Audits; - Delivering training and webinars when necessary, proposed or suggested; - Elaboration of integrated and unit tests; - Location: Tech Center, Cidade Universitária, RJ **You are meant for this job if**: - Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development or related degree, Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering; - Experience in providing solutions in the Manufacturing area, supporting the Business Engagement area in its needs and demands related to the IDS area (Information Technology); - Have been responsible for monitoring the implementation of solutions contracted from third parties, managing suppliers in relation to compliance with deadlines and quality of deliveries; - Configuring solutions/systems to meet the users' needs/requirements regarding Manufacturing and Planning; - Have acted as a leader in global solutions planning support and improvements of these solutions; - Have provided interface between IT and business areas (mainly in manufacturing areas); - Have participated in supporting the Manufacturing area in relation to information systems: APS, MES, ERP, CPQ, EAM, Cameleon, Primevera P6 among others; - Advanced English - knowledge of SharePoint; Virtual Machines, Microsoft Project, Siemens APS (Advanced Planning and Schedule) Opcenter, MES, MOM, ERP, CPQ, EAM, Cameleon, Tacton - knowledge of WMS, Infor EAM, ENNOV, PC Factory - knowledge of Visual Studio and VS Code, Microsoft SQL Server, GitHub; Git; Azure DevOps; CSS; Bootstrap; MongoDB; MySQL; Java; WebAPIs; MVC; Microsoft Power Platform; Learn more about TechnipFMC and find other open positions by visiting our Career Page.
