IT Infrastructure Analyst Sr

We are looking for a **IT INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST SR** who can join our multicultural team in Rio de Janeiro.

**Job description**
- Ensures proper delivery of services within scope to the clients;
- Evaluate new or innovative technologies and architectures within our network;
- Help define network design for regional sites;
- Keep network documentation for sites updated;
- Manage network changes/projects within regional scope;
- Manage Network device version upgrades;
- Produce reports, proposals, technical documentation and user guides as required and ensure other team members are fully trained in the procedures;
- Resolution of service desk requests as necessary;
- Riverbed management and troubleshooting where applicable;
- Troubleshooting major network and performance incidents;
- Troubleshooting network incidents within regional scope;
- Location: Rio de Janeiro - Tech Center

**You are meant for this job if**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience of ITIL methodology or structured IT best practice framework;
- Experience of working with onshore networks and networks for remote sites and offshore installations;
- Initiative and ability to multitask with multiple projects and work independently if necessary;
- Experience in support & implementation role on supporting large heterogeneous enterprise network infrastructure;

- Experience of ITIL methodology or structured IT best practice framework;

- Cisco certified level of CCNA - desirable;
- Familiarity with ITIL processes - desirable.
