**SR SYSTEMS ANALYST (**
**IT Application)**

**Job description**:

- Hyperion Financial Reporting, Planning and ARM
- Agility - Business Management System
- UiPath RPA
- Troubleshoot and manage instances of middleware/web stacks such as
- Apache Tomcat
- Oracle Weblogic
- Microsoft IIS
- NodeJS
- Work on multiple cross-functional base work initiatives and projects.
- Ensures high quality IT service delivery through proper testing, quality assurance and documentation preceding complete rollout and normal operation.
- Manages and participates in IT projects whenever required.
- Follow change management processes and coordinate the change requests execution with operational teams.
- Define release plans and procedures ensuring release best practices.
- Participate in the definition and execution of Disaster Recovery Plan.
- Install selected software and hardware for new systems.
- Develop and implementing batches, script and any automation if required.
- Ensure implementation of a correction or update of a software or hardware component after its validation in pre-production (RUN).
- Analyse and manage operational incidents, make restitution or rollback and ensure maintenance operations.
- Intervene under time constraints during operational incidents (incident analysis, diagnosis and resolution of incidents).
- Establish technical documentation and procedures.

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science or any other IT variant course level is required
- Knowledge of ITIL and good practices in a production environment. Certificate would be a differential.
- Fluent in English
- Infrastructure knowledge is desirable:
- Knowledge in Database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Exceptionally well organized with attention to details.
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills.
- Be a good team player but also work independently
