
Senior National Partner Director

Overview
The Senior National Partner Director is responsible for developing partnerships with key national brokerage firms as well as managing sales and marketing opportunities with third party technology partners within the health and retirement industries. They will provide support to Channel Partnership Directors, Senior Financial Advisor Director, Sales Leaders, and sales teams through the development of National Programs for firms and corresponding office locations in each region. They will leverage cross functional resources such as Sales Learning and Development, Marketing, and Product to help coordinate partner specific initiatives throughout the country. Travel required: 50%.
Responsibilities- Develop, drive and execute strategic programs to achieve Broker Channel goals through top down partnerships with national brokerage firms.
- Develop and manage key relationships with national brokerage partner firms and corresponding offices.
- Leverage integrated technology partners that align with national brokerage firms.
- Partner with channel partnership directors and sales leadership to determine field alignment for National Partner offices.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop partner specific campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with learning and development team to create and deliver training for sales leaders and sellers, enabling them to drive success with national partners.
- Establish communication and direction to channel partnership directors on national partner program and initiatives and help coach sales leaders and sellers through in-market visits, training, field rides and subject matter support.
- Set and track annual bookings and activity goals for each national relationship.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business-related field of study preferred (Marketing, Accounting, Finance, etc. - Required
- 7+ years’ experience in business development/relationship management.
- Prior experience in national program management.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $165,000 - $350,000. This range includes base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
