Join usProvides general legal counsel to Latin America support functions, including procurement and vendor management.**Responsibilities**:- Draft, review, and negotiate non-financial contracts and documents with vendors, service providers, and third parties;- Advise on data privacy laws and regulatory aspects of cybersecurity;- Review and provide guidance on judicial requests and demand letters from authorities.- Support the Ombudsman function;- Offer legal guidance on regulatory matters and institutional policies;- Individuals in this position typically have up to four years of experience since admission to the Bar.**Skills**:- Licensure in Brazilian Bar is mandatory;- Fluent English and Portuguese are required (Spanish is a plus);- Interpret Relevant Laws, Rules, and Regulations;- Advisory;- Legal Drafting and Writing;- Legal Structures and Legal Forms;- Regulatory Compliance;- Oral Communications;- Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines;- Problem Solving;- Critical Thinking;- Active Listening;- Issue Management;- Attention to Detail;- Analytical Thinking.
