Provides general legal counsel to Latin America support functions, including procurement and vendor management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate non-financial contracts and documents with vendors, service providers, and third parties;
- Advise on data privacy laws and regulatory aspects of cybersecurity;
- Review and provide guidance on judicial requests and demand letters from authorities.
- Support the Ombudsman function;
- Offer legal guidance on regulatory matters and institutional policies;
- Individuals in this position typically have up to four years of experience since admission to the Bar.

**Skills**:

- Licensure in Brazilian Bar is mandatory;
- Fluent English and Portuguese are required (Spanish is a plus);
