Responsibilities- As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
- Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and support relocation processes.
- Build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate with a competent global team of recruiters and the Swedish management for relocation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
- Assist with visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and other relocation logistics.
- Work with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
- Solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
- Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
- High quality and brand awareness.
- Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
- Upper intermediate English.
- Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
- Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
- Self confident, sociable, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
- Durable and persistent, with the capacity to take a “no” as a reason to try harder.
- Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
- Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Start ASAP. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Location: remote work or from a co-working center of your choice. Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Paid national holidays with maintained payment.
