Overview Full‑Time Software Development Engineer , São Paulo – Brazil Amazon’s LATAM Software Development Engineering organization is growing and seeks recent Computer Science graduates (within the last 24 months) to join the team as a Software Development Engineer. The role focuses on building high‑impact software for thousands of Amazon customers and Amazon employees. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions that optimize services, reduce cost and improve security. Deliver production‑ready code that supports a wide customer base and own end‑to‑end customer experience of the built services. Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to create products that reach market, and contribute to distributed computing systems at scale. Drive the direction of software architecture, adopt best practices, and produce high‑quality deliverables. Participate in Agile ceremonies and work with multiple technical teams to resolve complex problems. Basic Qualifications 1+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Compensation Base salary: BRL R$10,000 – BRL R$12,500 per month, plus Restricted Stock Units and sign‑on payments. Relocation support available for applicants living 80 km or more from São Paulo.
