For more information, please visit: Role and Team The Central Operations team is responsible for designing, aligning and ensuring the execution of the strategy for DiDi’s Mobility business in Spanish-Speaking LatAm, and allocating resources for the most strategic projects in the region. Working in this team provides direct exposure with leaders across all functions in the organization, from Operations to Customer Experience and Safety, while affecting millions of Passengers and Drivers across nine countries as you shape investment strategy for core projects. You and your team will own the relationship with multiple teams and leaders, helping them design the path to execute their strategies, define goals, and allocate resources between projects and initiatives for long-term results. You will also organize and lead major business milestones, such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Monthly Strategy discussions, giving you a big-picture view of the business and engaging in key conversations. Responsibilities Contribute to the long-term business strategy using internal, external, qualitative and quantitative data with a strategic, data-driven and user-centric approach. Contribute to the development of investment methodologies and frameworks to optimize resource allocation and achieve strategic goals. Manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic and tactical guidelines. Optimize resource allocation to reach business goals through data-driven and business-driven investment decisions across cities and channels. Oversee the execution of initiatives in your markets, coordinate with relevant functions, anticipate marketplace changes and establish clear governance mechanisms. Contribute to talent development. Qualifications Clear strategic thinking: ability to navigate ambiguous, data-rich environments and translate into actionable components. Excellent stakeholder management: influence other teams and align multiple functions toward common goals. Proven people and project management: track record of managing multi-functional projects and developing key talent. Detail-focused, hands-on implementation: comfortable executing projects, experimenting, learning, and iterating. Data-driven decision making: use of logic and data in strategy and decisions. Fast mover: experience in high-performance environments (startups, finance, or consulting). 6+ years of professional experience in strategic, analytical, operational and/or product roles.
