We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a collaborative and innovative professional with expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and highest quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, QA, and business analysts, to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize user stories and epics, ensuring they are well-defined and aligned with project goals.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups (scrums), sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and manage burndown charts and other Agile metrics to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Perform business analysis tasks as needed, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, documented, and communicated to technical teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their requirements.
