Overview

This is a contract role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Hunter. The SDR Hunter is responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement. The role involves maintaining detailed records of all interactions, following up with leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This is an on-site role located in Jundiaí, SP.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Perform cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM.
  • Follow up with leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and optimize outreach strategies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Strong ability to identify and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM software and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams.
  • Knowledge of social media engagement strategies.
  • Resilience and persistence in following up with leads.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
