**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Work as SAP Emarsys Consultant in the implementation of CX projects (Custumer experience)
- Help our customers to achieve success in their personalization journey.
- Analyze the business requirements and guarantee the CX solution best practices during the implementation.
- Participate in team meetings, work with other consultants, developers, business analysts, project managers and QA team.
- Help the CX team, providing support to questions and proposing improvements.
**Essential Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Be a data-driven person.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multi-cultural teams.
- English level: Upper Intermediate.
- Spanish level: Upper Intermediate.
**Desirable Qualifications**:
- Experience working with Marketing Automation or Personalization Platform (such as Emarsys, SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, etc.).
- Practical experience working with Agile Methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Knowledge in other CX solutions from SAP and/or Salesforce (e.g., Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Service, etc.).
