Headquartered in Poland, Breslau, Baselinker has five independently-run offices across the globe (Brazil, Czech Republic, Romania, UK, USA, India). Currently, we are experiencing exponential growth and are scaling globally. We have made a few acquisitions, set up new businesses, and grown the team significantly (team size 3x growth in last 12 months) - already exceeding 180 professionals globally.

We're looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager for the Brazilian Market, who will help us build stronger relations in this super exciting market. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in shaping and expanding Base partnerships, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company in the dynamic e-commerce market.

Responsibilities

  1. Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including e-commerce marketplace channels, to expand Base presence and drive mutual business growth.
  2. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, issues, and initiatives.
  3. Lead Generation Programs: Develop and execute lead generation programs in collaboration with partners, driving qualified leads to support the sales team. Analyze the success of these programs and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  4. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Implement and maintain a robust tracking system to monitor the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience in Partnership Management: Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing partnerships within the SaaS or e-commerce industry, demonstrating a successful track record of driving growth through strategic collaborations.
  3. Understanding of E-commerce Landscape: In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem, including familiarity with various marketplace channels and e-commerce platforms.
  4. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing partnership performance metrics, using tools and data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies. Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools is a plus.
