As a Senior OCM Consultant IT/Cloud Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts – presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions.
• Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.
• Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies.
• Lead and manage high-impact and complex OCM initiatives.
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality OCM delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal OCM methodologies and tools.
• Develop and implement effective communication and training plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables.
• Identify and lead value driven delivery of strategic OCM through to technology adoption where appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

• Master\'s degree in Business administration, Change Management or related fields.
• 8+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with min. 2 years of technology consulting
• Experience in Pre-sales, Sales and creating documents like RFPs, RFIs and SOWs
• Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Experience designing and delivering training programs
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., CCMP, MCMP, Prosci, APMG)
