- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in account management, client service, or consulting.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform, Google Cloud/Big Query product capabilities and how they integrate with one another.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud based advanced analytics platforms (e.g. Big Query).
- Understanding of online media buying strategies and platforms.
- Ability to take a strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships and translating product value to clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting internally and externally.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical sales approach to building client relationships.

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be on the frontier of driving Google Marketing Platform (GMP) technology adoption and long-term product usage. In this role, you will take on project managing and coordinating processes, problem solving, communicating across different stakeholder groups, and staying advanced with marketing technology for data collection, measurement, and media activation.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assess partners and propose transformation plans that will enable them to build service offerings that will help clients become more mature in using Google Marketing Platform solutions and will generate new business stream for the partner's business.
- Prepare partners to successfully manage projects for the implementation of Google Marketing Platform, ensuring the technology is deployed to meet key use cases that drive value for customer business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to project manage and coordinate necessary steps to drive the implementation of products through partners.
- Enable partners to drive advanced product usage through client adoption of technology roadmaps, with the clear goal of meeting key business objectives through GMP and Google Cloud technology.
- Be a partner and advocate with cross-functional teams at Google, enlist their expertise to drive product, and project implementation forward.
