Join our team and start your journey today## **Responsibilities:*** ### Prepare and manage the company's Budget, Forecast, Asset metrics, and other Ad/hoc analysis* ### Foresee company data and market trends to make financial predictions and maximize profits* ### Participation in the month-end close and monitoring accounts* ### Providing alternative ideas and actions to improve the everyday procedures of the administrative and financial department, and identification of weaknesses in control and compliance.* ### Identifies areas of improvement and drives standardization.* ### Additional ad-hoc functions and analysis as directed by the Regional CFO## **Basic Qualifications:*** ### Demonstrated strategic planning experience at a management level* ### 4 to 8 years’ experience – Managing Budgets and Forecasting* ### Experience in providing data analysis and producing reports* ### Graduated in Accounting / Business Administration* ### Strong communication and presentation skills* ### Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish* ### Proficient Microsoft Office Package* ### Oracle and HFM knowledge – Required### **Preferred Qualifications:*** Demonstrated track record of high achievement in professional and/or academic settings.* Good interpersonal and organizational skills.* Relates well to others, with the ability to manage diverse relationships.* Be open and receptive, as well as demonstrate flexibility.* Show strong proficiency in solving problems analytically.* Show strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Patience, perseverance and able to spend extra time at the closing week.## **Preferred Competences:*** ### Ensures Accountability* ### Balances Stakeholders* ### Drives Results* ### Financial Acumen* ### Optimizes Work Processes* ### Communicates effectively## **Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:**### This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in the office at least three days per week.
