Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage the company's Budget, Forecast, Asset metrics, and other Ad/hoc analysis
- Foresee company data and market trends to make financial predictions and maximize profits
- Participation in the month-end close and monitoring accounts
- Providing alternative ideas and actions to improve the everyday procedures of the administrative and financial department, and identification of weaknesses in control and compliance.
- Identifies areas of improvement and drives standardization.
- Additional ad-hoc functions and analysis as directed by the Regional CFO
- Demonstrated strategic planning experience at a management level
- 4 to 8 years' experience – Managing Budgets and Forecasting
- Experience in providing data analysis and producing reports
- Graduated in Accounting / Business Administration
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
- Proficient Microsoft Office Package
- Oracle and HFM knowledge – Required
- Demonstrated track record of high achievement in professional and/or academic settings.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Relates well to others, with the ability to manage diverse relationships.
- Be open and receptive, as well as demonstrate flexibility.
- Show strong proficiency in solving problems analytically.
- Show strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Patience, perseverance and able to spend extra time at the closing week.
