About Our Client

They are a fast-growing pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing plant committed to innovation, quality, and safety. They are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) with strong electrical and mechanical expertise to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your skills will directly support operations and growth



What You'll Do
  • Install , maintain , troubleshoot , and repair plant machinery, utilities, and facility equipment.
  • Perform mechanical work including disassembly/repair of pumps , gearboxes , valves , piping , and rotating equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, instrumentation , and calibration of equipment (weigh scales, flow meters, etc.).
  • Operate forklifts, man lifts, hand tools, grinders, saws, pipe threaders, and torches for fabrication and repair.
  • Support packaging operations in a cleanroom environment, including routine equipment adjustments and conversions.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings , layout equipment, and assist with installation.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and company safety standards .
  • Accurately document work using CMMS/EAM and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.


What They Are Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical school or apprenticeship preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints , process drawings, and redline sketches.
  • Knowledge of chillers, boilers, and air compressors .
  • Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer proficiency (CMMS, MS Office, MS Project ).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
