As a **Compliance Analyst **in **Sao Paulo, Brazil **, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry
**Job Summary**:
Analyzes and administers internal risk and compliance programs to ensure that policies and procedures are well defined and implemented. Facilitates execution of customer risk and compliance audits and assessments and works closely with teams across functional areas and geographies to ensure that Compliance Assurance Program processes are operated properly and timely. Follows formal reporting system to communicate results of audits to management and regulatory compliance agencies, as applicable. Produces reports that enable effective management of risk and compliance controls and requirements. Works with management in all areas to define and refine the risk and compliance function as it relates to overall business activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively influence assigned customers to design audit and assessments that are repeatable and scalable to reduce "one off' or resource intensive requests.
- Proactively identify 'like' requests and leverage knowledgebase to respond as efficiently as possible.
- Manage responses to assigned audit requests, including control questionnaires. Maintain familiarity with technical security control documentation for display to and review with customers
- Research regulatory and compliance requirements and keeps other departments abreast of applicable rules
- Facilitate onsite and offsite assessment engagements, acting as primary customer point of contact for scoping and scheduling. Coordinate SME presentations in accordance with mutually agreed agenda.
- Advise on assessment specific remediation planning efforts to ensure all audit and assessment deliverables are completed on schedule. Communicate remediation status updates to customer through completion.
- Collaborate cross functionally with all ACI organizations as required to ensure appropriate and accurate information is available for audits and assessments.
- Maintain program knowledgebase to ensure quality and accurate responses are provided to customers by the team.
- Work with the Compliance Assurance team to implement and maintain compliance assurance program enhancements.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements related to compliance assurance and third-party risk management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Information Systems related field of study, IT Risk Management, or Compliance.
- 5+ years' work experience in related fields, such as Information Security, Risk Management/Third Party Risk Management, Compliance, IT Audit, preferably in the Financial Services/Banking sector.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in Payment Industry is a Plus
- Certification Requirements: CISM, CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or CTPRP highly desired.
- RSA Archer GRC or similar tool.
- Prefer experience in the Financial Services/Banking sector.
- MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Work Environment**:
- Standard work environment
- Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
- Occasional travel, including International, may be required
