We are looking for a **RISK AND COMPLIANCE ANALYST - FIXED TERM 1 YEAR **based on Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.
The role will participate in Third party due diligence, Sanction screening process and Anti-money laundering due diligence process as part of the Third-party risk management program This role will support the daily operational activities of the Risk and Compliance team focusing on risk management for Third party partners. The analyst will also participate on ad hoc compliance projects and maintain procedures and controls to mitigate compliance risk.
**Third Parties Due Diligence**
- You will perform supplier master data cleansing activities;
- Support daily Master data process for vendor creation and changes;
- Perform due diligence process for Third parties prior to their activation in the Master Data & existing Third parties following a risk-based approach;
- Support Sanction screening and Risk assessment for new and existing suppliers;
- Support daily review of alerts in sanction screening tool;
- Support data quality validations and databases reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of data;
- Support and perform reporting related activities;
- Perform other Third party risk related supporting and analytical activities to support the team;
- Update the excel data bases with the critical metrics for supervising purposes.

- Bachelor's Degree Industrial engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Audit or Risk Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Law
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Driven, meticulous individual;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to adopt learning regulatory requirements;
- Inquisitive, hardworking and flexible - willing to begin whatever project comes your way;
- Ability to work in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment with priorities;
- Good knowledge of MSOffice tools i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word.
- English language proficiency
