Job Description:

Brazilian B2B SaaS startup with international operations seeks a GRC/Compliance Analyst to join our team and support the development of the company's governance, risk management, and compliance program.

This professional will play a strategic role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks, as well as conducting internal audits, maintaining the compliance program, and conducting internal investigations. They will also be responsible for mapping processes, proposing improvements, supporting awareness training, and ensuring that company practices are aligned with legal, regulatory, and integrity requirements.

We are looking for someone with an analytical profile, critical thinking, and the ability to translate data into relevant information for decision-making. They are familiar with advanced Excel, use of artificial intelligence tools, and, preferably, have experience with Pipefy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Map and review internal processes, identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans;
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of the Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external standards;
  • Conduct and/or support internal and compliance audits, monitoring action plns and reporting results;
  • Conduct internal investigations related to complaints or non-compliances, ensuring appropriate and impartial treatment;
  • Conduct risk assessments, monitoring the effectiveness of internal controls and proposing continuous improvements;
  • Develop, review, and maintain updated manuals, policies, and procedures related to GRC and Compliance;
  • Support training and awareness programs in ethics, integrity, privacy, and compliance;
  • Act as a point of contact for business areas regarding questions related to controls, regulatory compliance, and best practices;
  • Monitor risk and compliance indicators, generating management reports and recommendations for leadership.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
  • Experience in internal audits, compliance program maintenance, and internal investigations;
  • Knowledge of process mapping, risk management, and internal controls;
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for analysis, dashboards, and information consolidation;
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools applied to automation, data analysis, or compliance;
  • Knowledge of Pipefy will be considered a plus;
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, LGPD, and applicable industry legislation is desirable;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical aspects into accessible language;
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking to propose process improvements and risk mitigation;
  • Intermediate or advanced English will be considered a plus.
