Responsibilities Be on duty during 5×8 working hours and able to respond to urgent requests after working hours or provide on‑site support when required. Strictly comply with asset management guidelines and Alibaba's integrity, compliance, and legal requirements, ensuring all workflows are compliant and lawful; no unauthorised coding, concealment, or violations. Strictly follow asset SOPs to carry out warehouse access registration and asset entry / exit registration management. Be familiar with asset management tools and platforms; respond to and execute work orders in accordance with SLA requirements, ensuring SLA compliance and accuracy of asset information; able to propose optimisation suggestions for asset management and work order processes. Be familiar with and comply with IDC environment and asset security management standards; strictly manage asset storage, transportation, entry / exit, and decommissioning in accordance with asset SOPs; ensure assets are not damaged and data security is maintained; able to propose optimisation suggestions for environmental and asset safety controls. Be responsible for full inventory management of data centre assets, ensuring 100% accuracy and consistency of asset location, SN, status, model, and records; proficient in using asset management tools and related software for fast data retrieval, analysis, and identification of abnormal data. Be familiar with asset management project processes, with basic capabilities in risk control, progress control, and project acceptance during implementation, as well as the ability to empower teams and improve efficiency. Job Requirements 3-5 years of industry experience and 5-7 years of overall work experience. Familiar with common data centre equipment (switches, servers), components and consumables (optical modules, boards, fibres); warehouse management experience; knowledge of warehouse environmental requirements and dust / moisture prevention measures; proactive in identifying and solving problems; basic understanding of the IDC asset lifecycle from warehousing to decommissioning. Clear and logical communication skills, polite listening, and ability to promote cross‑functional collaboration. Able to collaborate with other teams (e.g. IT O&M), proactively coordinating on work interfaces; strong team spirit with willingness to support and provide backup. Team management and project coordination skills; able to handle urgent work demands, independently execute and manage tasks, lead projects, allocate resources efficiently, and anticipate manpower needs.
