**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the team on their tasks and be a reference for them, represent the team in strategic meetings with internal managers and leads;
- Attending tickets and incidents on level 2 and 3;
- Lead company’s IT logistics operations, manage and control the IT inventory, manage hardware issues on company’s laptops, management of our providers, MDM/Antivirus operation, Google Workspace operations and VoIP system;
- Be responsible for the laptop stock flow, participate in the team’s planning meetings and proactively seek for process improvement of the area, lead our ISTM platform and support the team to attend the SLA’s, manage office’s infrastructure.
**Required Qualifications**:
- A history of working and supporting with:
1. TCP/IP Networks;
2. Structure cabling;
3. IT quotations;
4. Inventory control;
5. ITSM management
6. Providers management;
7. MacOS systems;
8. Level 2 and 3 support;
9. MDM and antivirus management
10. VoIP systems
11. Windows Server;
12. CCTV systems;
13. Vmware ESXi;
14. Wireless network skills;
15. Firewall management skills;
16. VPN management.
- Have broad expertise, uses skills to achieve goals in creative and effective ways;
- Works on significant issues;
- Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups;
- Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results;
- Bachelor’s or Equivalent degree;
- Advanced English - ability to have a verbal and written communication skills;
- good communication skills, proactiveness, be willing to learn new technologies, make improvements on current processes;
- Have easy access to Rua Antonio de Albuquerque,BH city - (AC BH office) - this is NOT a remote position.
