Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Real-Time Data Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving infrastructure issues, ensuring optimal performance of real-time data services.Main Responsibilities:Resolving data quality issues, including root cause analysis and managing internal and external vendors to resolve data issues.SUPPORTING on-call, incident management, problem, and change management.Ensuring optimal accuracy and timeliness of data on a real-time basis while implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues.Collaborating with regional and global market data infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience.L2 alert management, including creating and/or updating resolutions into a knowledge base, run books, scripts, and ITRS rules where possible.Incident management, managing the lifecycle from identification to resolution, ensuring mitigation of business impact in the production environment.Change management, managing production changes to the ticker plant, including mandatory updates, software changes/upgrades, and content.Other responsibilities include release management, event management, user support, and reporting.We are looking for a candidate with minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably with expertise in Market Data Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform (TREP) or Refinitiv Real-Time Distribution System (RTDS) and DACS.
A good understanding of market data platforms is also required.
