Job Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling major incidents via established protocols and providing timely updates until resolution.

  • Perform in-depth application troubleshooting and identify preventive measures to minimize downtime.
  • Manage requests related to digital infrastructure, including deployments, feature toggles, and data fixes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate responses to major production incidents.
  • Enhance monitoring capabilities using industry-leading tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk.
  • Develop and improve monitoring scripts and alerts based on incident learnings.
  • Handle customer escalations and facilitate communication between Support & Engineering teams.
  • Support planned activities and respond to ad-hoc requests from other teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Deep experience in DevOps and Production Support.
  • A strong background in automation and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deep dive into complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams.
