Job Overview The Solution Deployment Specialist plays a pivotal role in spearheading the rollout of comprehensive systems comprising Clever Devices products harmoniously integrated with complementary technologies. This encompasses the deployment of hardware products and interfaces to provide a holistic solution that effectively addresses customer requirements. The Deployment Specialist collaborates closely with the project team to analyze customer requirements and necessary functionality from the outset of the project cycle. They craft design documents, system architecture, requirement matrices, and facilitate customer design reviews. The Deployment Specialist conducts Factory Acceptance Testing with the customer and leads the subsequent deployment at the customer site. Key Responsibilities: Supports the definition of software and hardware products and interfaces. Coordinates system development tasks including design, integration, and formal testing. Oversees all transitions into customer's deployment. Develops and completes projects in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements, and other disciplines. Creates and maintains programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution. Manages and documents system configurations. Ensures the deployment of the solution is successful. Maintains a thorough working knowledge of enterprise applications such as BusTime and CleverCAD. Implements performance analysis and reliability analysis of the end-to-end protocol. Adheres to protocol revisions and amendments as directed by the Regional Systems Engineering Manager. Assists in other tasks as needed by the Systems Engineering department. Provides training and guidance to Associates, Project Engineer I/II as needed.
