Lead Systems Deployment Specialist We are seeking a skilled system deployment professional to lead the implementation of complete systems including hardware, software, and data technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to analyze customer requirements, create system architecture designs, and develop comprehensive requirement matrices. This role involves conducting factory acceptance testing, leading deployments at customer sites, and ensuring system acceptance testing is completed successfully. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating system development tasks, including design, integration, and formal testing. Key Responsibilities: Define and coordinate system development tasks Develop and maintain system configurations Implement performance analysis and reliability assessment of end-to-end protocols Ensure successful deployment of solutions Requirements: 10+ years of experience in engineering development and systems engineering Good understanding of J1939 and J1708 protocols Hardware design experience and ability to read electrical schematics Experience with network and protocol troubleshooting tools Working knowledge of programming languages (C, C++, SQL, VB, JavaScript, HTML, ASP, Python) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Engineering required, Master's Degree preferred Candidates should possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience working with public transit is an asset.
