Job Title: IT Product Coordinator/Manager As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and execution of Brazil's local IT system implementation plans. Key Responsibilities: Drive the development and execution of Brazil's local IT system implementation plans, ensuring seamless alignment with global strategies and requirements. Forge strategic partnerships with HQ and external vendors to drive efficient project delivery and guarantee successful system implementation. Collaborate closely with local business units (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to provide expert operational support, optimize maintenance strategies, and enhance user experience and system efficiency. Design and implement IT solutions that meticulously comply with Brazilian legal requirements, including tax regulations and data protection. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in IT or Finance or a related field. Fluent English is mandatory for daily use. MBA in Project Management is an advantageous plus. 5+ years of experience in ERP management and implementation, with expertise in Oracle EBS standard modules (CRM/SCM/Finance) and Brazilian localization solutions. A deep understanding of sales, supply chain, and finance operations. Proven ability to lead local system implementations in Brazil. Minimum of 2+ successfully delivered system implementation projects, with multinational project experience preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly identify business pain points and design effective solutions. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure to coordinate with HQ on local deployment.
